GCSE, Level 1 and 2 Results Day 2026

Your results will be available online from 8.00am on Thursday 20 August on MyCollege.

If you are also studying a Level 3 course, your Level 3 results were released on Thursday 13 August.

Your results will be on MyCollege. Log in from the student homepage using your college email, which now ends in @ndc.ac.uk. Once you are logged in, click through to ‘Exam Results’ on the dashboard.

If you are having trouble logging in, reset your password. Do this before Results Day so you are ready.

Click the link to ‘Exam Results’ from your MyCollege dashboard and you will be taken to your results. For each qualification you will see your result, which is the overall grade you have been awarded, and the level of that qualification. GCSEs are Level 2, and vocational qualifications can be Level 1 or 2.

We are here for you, whatever your results.

For first-year and returning students, your tutor will call you on the afternoon of Thursday 20 August to talk through your results. On that call they will invite you in for a meeting on the morning of Friday 21 August if any changes to your plans are needed. Please keep your phone nearby ready to take their call.

If you need to speak to us before your tutor calls, our advice line is open from 8am on 01271 852427 for general support and signposting.

● Check now that you can log in to MyCollege using your email ending @ndc.ac.uk.

● Reset your password if you need to, so you are not locked out on the day.

● Make sure your contact details on MyCollege are up to date, including your phone number, as your tutor may need to reach you.

● Take care of yourself, plan ahead, keep an open mind, and stay calm even if your results are not what you expected.

Please try not to worry. Your tutor will phone you on Thursday 20 August to talk through your options and will invite you in for a meeting on the morning of Friday 21 August if any changes to your plans are needed. Keep your phone nearby ready to take their call.

Your results page shows the grade for each qualification. Level 2 BTECs are graded Pass, Merit and Distinction. Level 1 BTECs are graded Level 1 Pass, Merit and Distinction. Some qualifications are pass or fail.

Just a reminder, if you are a year one or a retuning learner, your tutor will be in touch on the afternoon of Thursday 20 August to discuss your results. During that call they will invite you in for a meeting on the morning of Friday 21 August if any changes to your progression plans are needed. Please keep your phone nearby ready to take their call.

You will not be able to log into myCollege on results day if you are not in the UK.  Please call 01271 852427 on results day and you can have a conversation with our exams team about accessing your results.  We can only have conversations with learners about results.  We will not be able to discuss results on the phone with parents.

Grade boundaries for GCSEs can be found here.

If you are returning to college and want to improve your GCSE maths or English grade in the autumn series, your teacher will work with you to decide whether it is the right step. If you have not yet achieved a grade 4 or higher, you will continue to study these subjects as part of your course. If you have left the college, you will need to find another centre where you can sit the exam as a private candidate.

Your best grade will always stand.

You can find more information about post results services, deadlines and fees here. Please contact our Exams Team at exams@ndc.ac.uk if you need any support with this.

Certificates are issued by the awarding organisations in November. We will let you know nearer the time how and when you will access or collect them.

For legal reasons we can only release results to the person who sat the exams. Your young person will need to log in to MyCollege to see their results.
