This programme delivers the Level 1 Introductory Diploma in Sport, providing a great introduction to the sports industry. You will develop your knowledge through a combination of classroom-based theory and practical, hands-on learning, building the skills and confidence needed for further study or a career in sport.

Assessments
Assessment methods could include a range of written based assignments, examinations or practical-based assessments.
Entry Requirements
To be accepted onto this Level 3 programme, you must hold at least five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including GCSE Maths and English Language.
Progression
You could progress to a Level 2 sport course, further study, or employment in the sports industry.

Every full-time student at North Devon College will have their own Study Programme which will include:

– Maths and English Language development – if you have not achieved GCSE grade 4 in either of these subjects.
– Work Experience – hours will vary depending on your qualification and course level.
